Mechanics
Each sale will have certain parameters, let's take a closer look at them below.
Round Type
Private: a token price is usually lower than during the Public round, but the TGE date may be unknown;
Public: a token price is usually equal to the listing price, but the TGE date is known upfront.
Cap Type
Soft Cap: if the goal is not reached, deposits are refunded to users within a week and the NFT can be claimed back within a week;
Hard Cap: the maximum funds targeted to be raised across all pools in an IDO.
Sale Type
Deposits: users make a deposit within the required deposit size and receive tokens depending on the amount of their deposit;
NFT Clarnium Launchpad Ticket: users burn the NFT, participate in a sale with a $50 fixed deposit (or more if users burn more than 1 NFT), and receive up to a 30% token bonus;
Linear Distribution: if the raised amount exceeds the Hard Cap, tokens are distributed as follows: those who burned NFT Clarnium Launchpad Ticket, deposit size from largest to smallest, deposit date from the earliest to the latest.
Vesting
A project sets the minimum and maximum deposit size, the percentage of tokens unlocked at TGE and vesting period.
The initial mechanics of the Clarnium Launchpad consist of two Sale Types: Deposits & NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets (during the sale, either one of the two Sale Types or both can be available). Once success metrics are achieved, we will work on a more transparent and fair method for allocation distribution, which will be based on users' value to the project as well as their activity within it.
DEPOSITS
Users can make a deposit within the amount specified in the "Deposit Size," for example, from 50 $USDC to 500 $USDC;
Deposits are made in the token and network specified in the "Network and Payment Method" section;
After clicking the "Deposit" button, funds are deducted from the user's wallet;
If users have burned a certain amount of NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets, their maximum deposit size is (remaining Deposit Size = Max. Size - (amount of burned NFTs * $50));
If users have burned NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets by Max. Size, they cannot make a deposit any more;
If the Soft Cap target wasn’t reached, the sale is considered not realized and we are refunding users deposit to their wallet within a week;
If the Hard Cap target is reached and the sale has not ended, the opportunity to make a deposit is closed and the End Date for this sale has been updated to a new, closer date (a project team selects a new date); But users can burn their NFT Clarnium Launchpad Ticket until the end of the sale and get a guaranteed allocation equal to the number of NFTs multiplied by the $50 fixed deposit equivalent (max NFTs amount = remaining Deposit Size / $50 and rounded down);
If the Hard Cap is not exceeded after the sale ends, users can claim their tokens according to what is specified in the "Vesting" section and in the network specified in "Distribution Blockchain" area;
If the Hard Cap is exceeded after the sale ends (sum of deposits + sum of deposits equivalent to burned NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets > Hard Cap), then all those who burned NFTs are guaranteed to receive tokens. The remaining tokens are distributed among those who made deposits, depending on the Deposit Size (from largest to smallest). If the Deposit Sizes are the same, the time of deposit is also taken into account for distribution. All deposits that were not included in the distribution are refunded to users in the network where the deposit was made within a week;
If the Hard Cap target is reached, when the only “Deposit” Sale Type is available, users can neither make a Deposit nor burn NFT Clarnium Launchpad Ticket.
NFT CLARNIUM LAUNCHPAD TICKETS
Users can burn their NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets during participating in sales and receive a guaranteed allocation of $50 per NFT. The maximum possible allocation (maximum number of NFTs that can be burned) for a single user = max. Deposit Size / $50 and rounded down. For example: max. Deposit Size = $730, then the number of NFTs = $730 / $50 = 14.6 = 14 NFTs;
After clicking the "Burn" button, we transfer the user's NFTs to a separate address until the sale ends;
If users have made a certain deposit, their maximum NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets amount to burn is (available amount of NFTs = remaining Deposit Size / $50 and rounded down);
If users have made the Max. Deposit Size, they cannot burn NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets any more”;
If the Soft Cap is not reached, the sale is considered not realized and users can claim back their NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets in Base Network within a week;
If the Soft Cap is reached, we burn users’ NFTs and credit the deposit;
If the Hard Cap is exceeded after the sale ends (sum of deposits + sum of deposits equivalent to burned NFTs > Hard Cap), then all who burned NFTs are guaranteed to receive tokens;
If the Hard Cap target is reached and the sale has not ended, the End Date for this sale has been updated to a new, closer date (a project team selects a new date). But users can still burn their NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets until the end of the sale and get a guaranteed allocation equal to the number of NFTs multiplied by the $50 fixed deposit equivalent (max NFTs amount = max. Deposit Size / $50 and rounded down);
When the sale ends, users can claim their tokens according to what is specified in the "Vesting" section and in the network specified in "Distribution Blockchain" area;
Each user who holds at least 10 NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets in a single wallet without transferring them during the sale (with snapshots taken before and after each sale) will receive a share of Clarnium's profit from that sale.
