The exclusive collection of 10,000 NFTs on Base network for early Clarnium Launchpad users, which can be minted right now on our website and can be traded on OpenSea & Magic Eden.

NFT holders will gain guaranteed access to Clarnium sales, as well as exclusive access to various sale types.

Each NFT that was used during a sale (details below in “Mechanics” section) will be equivalent to a $50 fixed deposit and will have priority during the token distribution from the sale compared to default deposits mechanics.

NFT holders who used their NFTs during the sale also can get up to 30% bonus tokens (depending on the sale conditions, participants, etc.).

PROFIT SHARE WITH NFT HOLDERS

Holding 10 NFT Clarnium Launchpad Tickets (the minimum amount required for activation) grants the right to receive a share of Clarnium's profit from the first 20 sales.

After successfully completing each of the 20 sales on the Launchpad (with at least the Soft Cap target reached), Clarnium will distribute 10% of the profit from each sale among users holding at least 10 NFTs.

A snapshot will be taken a few days before the start of each sale and again a few days after the sale ends. Valid users will be those who held at least 10 NFTs throughout this period in a single wallet without transferring them.

Example of profit distribution:

• A user held at least 10 NFTs during all 20 sales without transferring them;

• Clarnium's profit from the 20 sales amounted to $5,000,000;

• Clarnium distributes 10% of the profit = $500,000;

• Each NFT generates $50 in profit = ($500,000 / 10,000 NFTs);

• The user receives $500 = $50 * 10 NFTs.
